RETURNS
Returns are accepted up to 15 days after item is received. Store credit will be given up to 30 days after the item has been purchased. Customers must contact gretchen@pegshardware.com prior to mailing the package back. Sale, discounted, custom, or personalized items are final sale.
*Peg’s Hardware items purchased from separate retailers cannot be returned directly to Peg's. Please contact the shop where the item was purchased from to return.
EXCHANGES
In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the returning of the item.
Items must be sent back unworn and in original packaging.
