TURN AROUND & SHIPPING

We’re working on getting you your jewelry as soon as we can! Since our products are handmade, please allow 3-5 business days for orders to ship. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is fulfilled.

MISSING PACKAGES

If your order has been lost in transit, or your tracking says it was delivered and you did not receive it, please contact us at gretchen@pegshardware.com

After an order has been delivered to the requested shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

FREE domestic shipping via USPS First Class Mail on all orders over $50 - Orders under $50 will pay $4 for USPS First Class Mail (delivery time varies, 1-5 days depending on location, does not include insurance).
USPS Priority Shipping for $10 (1-4 days)
Upgraded shipping is available upon request. For inquiries, please email gretchen@pegshardware.com
Shipping cost is per order (not per item). Tracking is included with both options. Delivery time is based on location and is an estimate from USPS.
